Security and information protection policy

Last updated: 13 October 2026 | Draft version: 1.0

1. Purpose of this policy

This page describes the general approach taken by the GoSinoEdu (جو سينو) platform to protect student accounts, documents and admission application data. It complements the privacy policy and is not a guarantee against all technical risks.

2. Protecting user accounts

We use appropriate authentication, session-management and access-control measures to limit unauthorised access according to the security features enabled. Users must keep passwords and verification codes confidential and must not share them.

3. Protecting documents and data

Documents such as passports, certificates and supporting records require particular care. We seek to restrict access to authorised persons who need them to process applications and to manage that access appropriately. Student documents must not be used outside the scope of authorised services and purposes.

4. Data sharing and permissions

Administrative staff and authorised partner offices may need access to data related to their tasks. Permissions are determined according to the task, external sharing is limited to the minimum necessary, and appropriate contractual and legal controls are applied.

5. Service integrity and incident response

We handle reports of suspicious activity and information-security incidents through procedures for assessment, containment and remediation, and take notification and reporting measures where legal requirements apply.

6. Advice for protecting your account

Use a strong, unique password, avoid sharing your account, check links in messages before opening them, sign out of shared devices, and inform us if you suspect unauthorised access or an impersonation message.

7. External services and limits of responsibility

Links may lead to university websites or independent service providers with their own controls. The platform cannot guarantee the security of websites outside its management. You are advised to review third-party policies before sharing data with them.

8. Reporting security concerns

To report a possible breach, vulnerability or unauthorised use, use the contact form at https://gosinoedu.com/contact and describe the issue without sending passwords or sensitive documents in a general message.

9. Policy updates

We may review this policy to improve transparency and reflect legal and operational changes. The page states the date of the latest update.
