How it works
Stage 1: Preparation and Documents
The student begins by carefully gathering and preparing the required documents according to the official requirements of Chinese universities.
Introduction Video
A short video in English in which the student talks about themselves, their academic interests, and why they chose to study in China.
Academic Certificate
A copy of the high school, Bachelor's, or Master's certificate.
Passport
A clear copy made with a scanner at a studio, not a phone photo.
Official Medical Examination
Fill in every field of the medical form accurately by hand in blue pen (not printed), attach your personal photo, and have it stamped by the doctor or hospital. The written details must match exactly.
Certificate of No Criminal Record
Obtain the official criminal record certificate through the Absher platform, the competent authorities, or the embassy.
Language Proficiency Certificate
An English proficiency certificate such as IELTS or TOEFL, or proof of study in English, if available.
CSCA Test Certificate
The Chinese admission and government scholarship competency certificate, to strengthen the application file and improve the chances of obtaining a scholarship.

Direct Academic Admissions
An end-to-end service helping self-funded students obtain university admission at all levels of study (Bachelor's, Master's, PhD) at the best accredited Chinese universities. The service includes guiding the student to the most suitable major and university, preparing and reviewing all required files and documents, and following up on the application on the ground until the official admission letter and visa form (JW201/JW202) are issued.
